My reasons for knocking a point off were that one of the servers kept taking glasses off our table that we hadn't finished drinking from (they were nowhere near empty) and the music was that loud that it was difficult to hear what other people were saying. At Ballaro' Restaurant, you can order dishes as a takeout. the service...is excellent, the staff is very nice and accommodating.
Next time We will not bother with exceutive lounge, We spent a week in this five star hotel with breakfast buffet. We are delighted to know that you had an amazing experience at Ballarò.

you? I would return though as the food was very good! Ink risotto was boring in taste. Katie & BenMore, We came as a family on Saturday night for a birthday - park facilities were great for the kids (10,11 and 3 years old) and we were seated at a round table which is always good so that you can see and talk to everyone....We were served quickly and food came in good time - we ordered two garlic pizzas for starters, I got the hanging chicken kebab for main (delicious) and my partner got the cluck burger (he said it was just okay).
