A great piece of exercise equipment that doesn't take up a ton of room. It features a sturdy locking mechanism to prevent the bar from rotating during use, and soft anti-skid PVC mats to protect your doorframe. I was looking for a pull-up bar that doesn’t need to be screwed to the wall.

The pull-up bar doesn't use the door "frame" to support the bar, it uses the moulding on the door frame. I have purchased these types of pull-up bars previously and after time and heavy use the foam protection around the bar has ripped.
