It is very disappointing that we were not even offered the best in a superior room. When we arrived we were complimentary upgraded to room 509 which was stunning, well worth the price to pay to upgrade! There was nothing to put toiletries on in the shower and the storage was very limited. Please contact the Reception anytime you may need in order to change rooms if you noise from the main street. I emailed them with my complaints, and they did not bother to respond which is very poor hospitality etiquette!!

Kind regards, We arrive and get given a key to an old apartment block down the street where there are no staff or any sign of it being a hotel just a room in an apartment block that looks derelict, my girlfriend was scared felt very unsafe and when I asked to change room to the main hotel the man on reception said there is no manager to the hotel and to find somewhere else to stay, ruined our trip and stole our money. Yes, it offers wheelchair access. At night there is no the manager of course, but you could ask of him/her during the day if you wish.
