There were highly interactive support groups linked to my course and people and the teachers involved were great with offering help and assistance.

The students on the Monarch facebook page, basically said that the Zoom meetings were only really a chat session to stay motivated as everyone was at different stages, so real discussion or extra teaching about the course was not achieved.

Such a wonderful and helpful organisation to study at. I highly recommend studying with Monarch Institute & taking the step to further your education with them. We work really hard to give our students an experience that is comparable to the classroom, so I'm so glad that you felt that. Support from admin and trainers was available whenever needed. This is a very independant course. The sign up process was easy and straightforward and the trainers were a pleasure to deal with on the few occasions I had to reach out. I feel so lucky to be part of such a wonderful organisation.

Some students had motivation issues, and Monarch handled them so well by cheering them up and encourage to continue in such a nice way that eventually they finished their course and were so happy that they did not give up. The subject within the course were very thorough and gave me the necessary knowledge required to commence my bookkeeping business. We are always improving our systems and materials and will be taking on board all of your feedback. I found it bit old fashioned to do role play like this & also i didn’t take away much from role play.Thank you.
