My order says delivered but never arrived and I was told I would not be reimbursed !!
Of the past four orders I’ve placed with them, I’ve had to cancel three of them because the orders would sit in limbo without any word about when/if they would ship. Overall it only took 2 weeks (29Jun - 14Jul) for me to get the item but 75% of the process were not on mr porters control. Shoes. Still no refund of significant amount and they refused to assist. Couldn't really have had a better experience. Specifically we ordered some Loewe sunglasses and they arrived without a case even though in their site it specifically says that they come with a case and there is a picture of it. The staff are so nice and friendly but I just don’t understand why they can’t let me know when I will get my refund. We have ordered some stuff from their site in the past and the service and attention to detail was outstanding.
