It's not right that we've been days with no service and I have children. That is ridiculous, 5 days without any hot water or gas to cook. It was hundreds of dollars!!

We have only received 1 bill in the mail. Don't know what to do or where to turn for help! With my payment this month I informed them again that I disputed the deposit.

Now they want $1000 deposit.

I got the bill on the 23rd and with the holiday, the 26th was the first day I could mail it and I have to hope it makes it back to Vegas in 2 days or it’s considered late. But I always pay the complete bill when I do make the payment.

We can prove it left our account on the 21st. Good people/coworkers have had nothing but problems trying to pay my bill with them, Have received several disconnect notices and returned payment fees when I have had the money in the proper account each timeIt's hard to believe that any service provider this unwilling to be reasonable and fix issues known to them is still aroundIf I had any alternative I would take it in a heartbeatSome of the worst customer service representatives you could ask for!
