The new-look is stunning making customers feel warm and welcome. And I will be back in this pub. WALDEGRAVE ARMS. Led by the superb Damo and team make this the best pub in Teddington. A gem.

The service is just fantastic here, we particularly love Laura who is always so happy and welcoming and the rest of the staff are just so friendly and helpful. Staff breaking the law and are nasty and rude with it too, is that I could have checked in using the NHS COVID track and trace app, which was working for me but they refused point blank to accept this, which is against the law (since the government press release of the new rules on 18th September which explicitly states that this option should be available and if the customer chooses to use it, they do not need to check in via any other method), first rate at the Teddington Arms and its rightly a much loved venue in town. I would recommend to anyone, Thank you so much for your lovely little review :), Popped here with s lips as they had half price nosh in September. Even in this day and age that’s a scandal! Our meat , fish and vegetables are all locally sourced from only the highest grade butchers, fish mongers and grocers from in and around the area. Refused entry despite having pre-booked a table because I was having technical difficulties doing COVID check in on their own app/site, they didn't offer to help or enter the details themselves (or do it from the resevation details I gave them earlier). Great service as well as the food.

But I will be back. No problems.
